Recently, New Life Painting wrapped a project in Orcutt, Foxenwoods. It was a complete exterior project, and we’re incredibly pleased with the results.
As you can see in the image above, the project involved a ranch style home. As far as exterior surfaces, we had to apply the paint to both brick and wood siding. This involves two different approaches to coating. With brick, brush work is critical. You really have to make sure the paint seeps into the porous surface, absorbing a lot of the coating. Wood is easier to tackle, but requires just as much attention to detail.
We also applied a white coating to the garage door, the windows, shutters, trim, as well as the areas just beneath the roof and other overhanging areas (the eave areas, as you can see in the photo).
All in all, it was a very successful project for New Life. If you’d like to discuss painting your Orcutt home’s exterior, don’t hesitate to give us a call.
