In this article, we are going to run through some of the reasons for that (such as curb appeal and subtle signaling to buyers), but here’s something to consider first: a home that’s painted today is one the buyer doesn’t have to paint tomorrow. Since good exterior painting work doesn’t have to be re-done for a decade or more, you are removing a “But, we’d have to…” from the buyer’s list of doubts.
